Visit any public hospital (or even private) in Metro Manila and most likely the E.R. is full. May mga proyekto tayo para pataasin ang kapasidad natin. (Gaya ng kaka-approve lang ng DOH na plano natin para sa pag-convert ng childrens hospital bilang General Hospital para dumami ang serbisyo at pasyente nito, Community ER, tuloy-tuloy na hiring, etc)…
…ngunit ang totoo, kahit doblehin o triplehin natin ang kapasidad natin, magkukulang pa rin.
Dito pumapasok ang ating innovation na kinilala ng Galing Pook. We are making an effort to maximize our resources, and deploy services more efficiently.
Sa innovation na ito, mas mabilis (at madalas life-saving) na nakakatanggap ng medical interventions ang pasyente, kahit wala pa siya sa ER/ospital.
